Promugisa

MENTIRAS DEL PP-PIPA, en el blog. (Certificado Banco Santander)

El día 8 de octubre de 2012, apareció colgado en un blog la noticia de que el pasado 8/06/2012, Francisco José Heras Celaya  saco 114 euros de la cuenta de Promugisa, Empresa pública municipal,  y la ingresó  en una cuenta de Iberdrola,  acusándole  de METER LA MANO EN LA SACA. Se cuelgan, además, dos documentos en los que aparece su firma y en los que efectivamente, y debido a un ERROR de la ENTIDAD BANCARÍA, como en dicho blog se apunta, se realiza una entrega en efectivo desde la cuenta de Promugisa  y acto seguido se procede a ingresarla en una cuenta de Iberdrola.
