Alegaciones/reclamaciones, presentadas por el PSOE de La Gineta, para el presupuesto municipal de 2012.

En el presente artículo se incluyen las alegaciones y tres documentos anexos de PROMUGISA, en los que basamos gran parte de las alegaciones a los Presupuestos de 2012, dado que todo lo realizado por PORMUGISA, desde el día 17 de marzo hasta aqui es ilegal, incluido el presupuesto de PROMUGISA, que forma parte inseparable del Presupuesto Municipal del año 2012..

Junta General PROMUGISA, ilegalmente convocada para el 23.10.12

El día 17 de marzo de 2012, José Paulino Lozano Sevilla, Alcalde – Presidente de la Junta General de PROMUGISA, convoco ilegalmente la Junta General de PROMUGISA.

Ante esta ilegalidad se interpuso por parte de los concejales del PSOE de La Gineta, un recurso ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Núm. 1 de Albacete.

Ante este recurso, el Juzgado dicto AUTO de Suspensión, con fecha 14.09.12, como medida cautelar, dejando en suspenso los acuerdos adoptados en la Junta General de PROMUGISA de 17.03.12,  ilegalmente convocada.
