Como era de esperar que sucediera, el equipo de gobierno municipal ha votado en contra de todas las mociones presentadas por el PSOE.

Con fecha 22 de noviembre de 2012, se presenta un escrito por parte de Antonio Belmonte Moraga, como portavoz del grupo municipal socialista, en el registro general del Ayuntamiento, con número de entrada 3588, denunciando la presunta ilegalidad que se está cometiendo por parte del Ayuntamiento, más concretamente por el concejal D. José Rueda Collado, al cobrar dos pagas extraordinarias del Ayuntamiento y otras dos pagas extraordinarias de la Junta de Comunidades de Castilla La Mancha, lo cual es incompatible con lo que se establece en la legislación vigente.
